Suzy Adding Dates to Schedule

Suzy is once again heading west for July dates.  Several gigs have been added to Suzy's schedule in the last couple weeks including one in her upcoming tour of the North / East coast of the US starting on Saturday of this week with only a couple days to regroup after her return from the UK tour.  Suzy's final show in the UK at The Stables is Monday night (UK time).

With this year's tour schedule Suzy will have visited the UK, East, West and Gulf coasts, and a whole bunch of places in between,  Here's hoping you get the chance to see Suzy perform live this year.

Suzy Returns to UK with Different Kind of Trio

Suzy's upcoming UK Tour that
starts Friday May 28th, and runs through Monday June 7th.
 will feature another Trio of performers.
But, this time instead of taking the stage as part of the Wine, Women, and Song trio,
she is bringing along two great "side men" to be part of Suzy's own "acoustic" Trio.
Suzy will be accompanied by
Pat Bergeson (Guitar, harmonica, and possibly mandolin) and
Charlie Chadwick (upright Bass).  
We expect folks in the UK will really enjoy this intimate, "accoustic" format.
Suzy says, "Can't wait for my friends across the pond to hear the acoustic trio. We've been doing a bunch of dates lately and frankly - we're smokin!
I'm also bringing with me a special UK only version of my next CD that you can't get ANYWHERE else."

Suzy's Trio to be part of Sing For Their Supper Benefit

Sing for Their Supper benefits Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee's Children's Feeding Programs. This year's annual concert features the Grammy-nominated band The Time Jumpers, with their newest member, Vince Gill, at The Loveless Barn on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 7 p.m. The Suzy Bogguss Trio will be performing as well.  General admission tickets are $30, and a VIP Table for 10 can be purchased for $500. All  tickets include a Loveless Buffet Dinner.

Grand Ole Opry Moves This Week's Shows To Other  Nashville Venues Due To Flooding
The Tuesday Night Opry performance scheduled for May 4th will take place at the War Memorial Auditorium, 301 6th Ave.  North, Nashville, Tenn. Weekend performances will move to the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville. Thursday's performance of Opry Country Classics will remain at the Ryman as previously scheduled.

News from Stone Mountain Arts Center in Brownfield, ME ...
"Hi All
We are very excited to announce that on March 9th Maine PBS will be airing a TV pilot of our Stone Mountain LIVE show. It was shot last year featuring myself, the Stone Mountain Boys, and country star Suzy Bogguss. With other special guests, it is kind of a reality show about putting on this special concert each month. (without the fighting : >)   The rehearsals, the back stage scenes...there is even a cooking segment with Suzy! Anyway, we are hoping it leads to a series, and there are many Stone Mountain LIVE  shows that would be worth filming."

Wine, Women, and Song Trio Head for
Decatur, GA on February 24 th
Suzy, Gretchen Peters, and Matraca Berg will converge on Eddie's Attic in Decatur,GA for one of their thus far rare US appearances.  Having thrilled audiences in the UK and at just a couple previous appearances during special weeks in Nashville, those fans near the Atlanta areas will have the unique opportunity to enjoy an evening with these fun and telented friends. If you're lucky, there will also be copies of their EP, "The Swanee Sessions" and a chance to get it autographed to boot.

Suzy is heading out West for EIGHT shows.  Denver, Crested Butte, Moab, Logan, San Diego, Cave Creek and Flagstaff... Whew, now that's a busy 11 days!!
