  • January 4,1996 -  Grammy nomination announced for "All My Loving" (country collaboration with vocals)
  • January 12,2000  - Suzy took part in the unveiling of a statue of Chet Atkins in Nashville
  • January 16,1999  - "From Where I Stand" peaked at #67 on the Billboard chart
  • January 16, 2001 -  Patti Page released "Brand New Tennessee Waltz." Suzy sang background on "One Less Rose In Texas."
  • January 25,1994  - Ian Tyson released "Eighteen Inches of Rain" Suzy sang on "Till The Circle Is Through"
  • January 27, 2004 -  Jamie Reno released "All American Music" Suzy sang on the duet "Summer Moon."

FEBRUARY

  • February 1, 1997 -  Suzy registered "Fire and Ice" for the U. S. Figure Skating Championships
  • February 4,1997  - Kathy Mattea released "Love Travels" – "Further And Further Away" (harmony vocals)
  • February 10,1987 -  Patty Loveless' self-titled debut album was released (Suzy sang on the demo and was thanked in the liner notes.)
  • February 12, 1994  - "Hey Cinderella" video hits #1 on CMT
  • February 13, 2005  - Suzy won a Grammy for "Beautiful Dreamer: The Songs of Stephen Foster." Suzy sang "Ah, May The Red Rose Live Always."
  • February 15, 1993  - "Drive South" video hits #1 on CMT
  • February 17,1995 -  "Aces" went platinum
  • February 20, 1996  - "The Looney West" released. "Happy Trails" MMM and Porky Pig

  • March 12,1996  - Chet Atkins' "Almost Alone" was released. Chet wrote the tune "Waiting For Susie B." while he was waiting for Suzy during the sessions for "Simpatico." (Yes, he misspelled her name.)
  • March 17,1995  - Ben Crider born
  • March 20,1997  - "Greatest Hits" went gold
  • March 21,1988  - Suzy won "Top New Female Vocalist" at ACM awards
