Suzy Fills In For Maureen McGovern At The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.
Friday & Saturday, 12/19 - 12/20
Friday December1 9, 2008

Here's a message from Suzy:
After two fantastic years doing the Broadmoor Hotel's Christmas Show, I was supposed to take some time off this year for a quiet family Christmas at home. The wonderful singer Maureen McGovern is doing the show this year. Except... I got a call last night that Maureen is ill, so this morning I got on a plane and tonight I'll be at the Broadmoor again! I'll do at least tonight and tomorrow night's shows and then we'll see how Maureen is feeling. Even with the last minute arrangements I'm thrilled to be back at the Broadmoor for Christmas along with my buddy Jim Salestrom and performing with the Broadmoor Pops Orchestra and the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale.
The Broadmoor is a magical place at Christmas time. Hope some of you can make it out, and watch the website for developments.  I'm dreaming of a white Christmas!

The Outlaw Trail: Where Outlaw Legends and Outlaw Music Meet -
Premiere: Sunday May 18th, 7:00 PM CT

In the Old West, desperadoes eluded lawmen using a series of get-away routes across the Western frontier, creating the legendary Outlaw Trail. With the same "outlaw spirit," country artists in the 1970s rebelled against "Nashville Country," bringing the grit and life back to Country music. The Outlaw Trail: Where Outlaw Legends and Outlaw Music Meet is a one of a kind tribute performed in honor of the Outlaw, in music and in lore. Performers include Joe Ely, Jessie Colter, Rodney Crowell, Carlene Carter, Asleep at the Wheel, and many more

Suzy performs "No Place To Go" on the two-hour High Definition concert featuring a host of great artists including Rodney Crowell, LeRoy Parnell and Asleep At The Wheel, along with sound bites, interviews and historical footage.
